I went for a long time after without having (or feeling) them until I got pregnant with my second child. My recommendation is to ask your doctor about it. It has given me a world of comfort because once you start having them and they scare you, the anxiety that is derived from having one makes you more likely to experience more of them. PAC is one kind of cardiac arrhythmia,usually are benign in nature.So far no one can explained why SA node fire early then it should(some say could due to virus damage to it),the result is due to the next fire fall on the nonreponse stage of the heart mulse and come up a so call “skip beat”Most patient do’t not feel it,except some people complaints of “palpitation”.When PAC detected it need to refer to a cardiologist to have completely work up to r/o any underline heart disease(heart damage).In some case it will end up to sever heart disease such as atria flutter,atria fibration and need to be treated at once.In your case you no need to worry but follow your doctor advice.
