Atrial Contractions

I’m 35 weeks pregnant and i’ve been having contractions for the past 2 days now. I had to go to the hospital last night because my bp was up and they gave me sugar water for dehydration and monitored my contractions. Once the contractions didn’t stop they gave me magnesium and after awhile they stopped and i was released. I just start having them again about an hour ago. Should i call the doctor or is it normal to have them a few weeks before labor? Should i be worried about going into labor sometime soon?
