Sometimes my bump hardens up and kind of feels tight and solid. I am 24 weeks. Is this too early to start feeling braxton hicks?

♫ I Got Myself a Sponsor ♫ asked: I’ve had about five very painful contractions along with lower painful back pain for like a whole hour now. I’m trying to wait it out until two more hours but i’m not sure what to do yet. The pain really hurts what should i do? Go to the hospital, call my doctor or wait two more hours? By the way i’m 37 weeks.
