EKG (ECG) description?

need help diagnosing this ECG. Looking at V1 it looks like there could be atrial fibrillation or possibly multifocal atrial tachycardia. I cant seem to accurately tell. Also looking at V4 there is possible signs of blockage (also noted in V1)

    something is not right with V1 but I can’t tell exactly what it is, it almost looks as though the leads may be crossed….I can’t be sure without a larger image though.

    it looks like t wave inverion in lateral wall . it looks to regular to be a-fib tachy yes I woul do another because of the tach and inversions
