I had a 24 hr. Holter monitor, can someone with experience interrupt my results. thanks
The patient demostrated a sinus rhythem with heart rates vary from 65- 141bpm. Patient had rare PAC’s and intermittent premature ventricular contractions. There were 3 pairs of PVC’s and several short runs of bigeminy.

At 1:38 p.m. patient had a short run of tachycardia at 109 b.p.m At 8:15 a.m. she had bigeminy PVC’s lasting about 15 sec and then at 8:24 a.m she had a superventricular tachycardia with a rate of 140 b.p.m., which lasted about 2 min. and then she went into bigeminal PVC pattern. At 8:36 a.m. she had a episode of sinus tachycardia with rates up to 115 b.p.m. AT 8:56 a.m, sha had ventricular bigeminy, which lasted approximately 9 min. Bigeminy occures a little bit later in the tracing.

IMPRESSION:
Sinus rhythm with intermittemt sinus tachycardia
2. premature ventricular contractions with intermittent runs of bigeminy
3. rare premature atrial contractions

I wasn’t active during these times .

thnks for your help
