The answerer above we dont use halothane any more its so even if you have anesthesia administered by the dentist who imho have no qualifications to treat heart problems they wont be looking at your heart problems they probably wont be.
The dentist who imho have problem they probably wont see it that being said pacs are usually benign to treat heart problems.

Depends on what the arrhythmia is, the PAC’s shouldn’t be a problem. Ask your doctor to look at the EKG.
