he appears as relaxed as a squid. Took classes 30 years ago but this is pushing good reactions. Wanna do 90 min stretch routine again. If you are in your 20s and you stick with this and keep your body image framed in your mind you will walk into your future and people will ask if you took dance. IT MATTERS!
